I am still a newbit when it comes to copics, so I did a simple dot texture on this adorable Make It Crafty bear image, and added a bit of glossy accents on the button to make it shiney, and paired it with a pattern paper from LawnFawn.
The theme was to use critters in your project, not hard when we are talking Lawnfawn... so i pulled out my new Hello Baby set, coloured up the cute little ducky with my copics and popped him up on a card front along with some of the cloudy borders die cuts!
So I finally got a chance to ink up this little cutie, Cupcake Coma by Stampendous, coloured him up with copic markers and used a blue American Crafts glitter pen for the swirls in his hat, then just added a bit of my Pebbles Inc papers and I was set.
This weeks theme was to make a Girlie card, or project.
So I coloured up a Magnolia stamp with my copics, used a sentiment from the Paper Company, a strip of paper from Pebbles; Fun in the Sun, and finally some random ribbon... nothing says girlie to me like ribbon.
I loved colouring this beautiful unicorn image, and tried to use my copics to draw in a cloudy background... but it was much more difficult then i imagined to colour clouds... but it was so very light, that it didnt ruin the main image so i went with it, added rainbow strips of paper to the back ground and a Hero Arts sentiment.
And in celebration of the big event, it is a birthday themed challenge over at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. So I grabbed my LawnFawn Year Four stamp set and inked them up for the very first time to create this very simple but cute card... I just coloured the critters up with my copics, added a paper from LawnFawns Lets Polks in the Dark pack and I was done.
Just a somewhat simple card from me this week, this cute monster from Recollections, tried colouring him with my copics using a technique to try and make him look fuzzy, plus I dotted in the background for a mock conffetti effect. I paired him up with Hoot's party hat from Art Impressions, a sentiment from Inkadinkado and some paper from Echo Park.
Since I had a chance to play along tonight I decided to ink up this adorable elephant from Wild Rose Studio, colour it with my copics and pull together a quick and simple layout using the Suprise Collection from Doodle Bug.
I coloured him up using my Copic markers, added some clear Wink of Stella and some Glossy Accents for good measure, then just added a LawnFawn Sentiment and some Hello Sunshine papers & the card was complete.
OMG, people on you tube make it look so easy, but I had so many issues trying to put this thing together, lol, but maybe its just me.
Used a really old but adorable bunny stamp from We R Memory Keepers, coloured it with my copics using a dot technique and paired it with some Dots and Stripes papers from Echo Park.
All and all I am happy with the card, though I doubt id be making another shaker any time soon.
After that all that was left to do was draw in a few branches, colour these cuties up with some copics, and add in some Echo Park paper to finish the card.
This month was this adorable bunny with a skipping rope, however for my card I trimmed off the rope so that i could make the little critter into a Valentines day card, complete with an adorable sentiment. Then just paired it with a random paper from my stash to complete this simple layout.
I found those enamel letters that super old and very retired stamping up set when cleaning this morning, and this idea popped into my head. Nothing in the least bit fancy, just a super fast, cute and simple card.
Coloured it up with my Copics & other alcohal markers to make all those gifts different shades of pinks and reds, just perfect for Valentines day. The image is fairly large so I just added some matching paper from my scraps (no idea what brand ...sorry) directly to the card base and used some foam tape to pop up the main image, and the card was done!

Another challenge over at the Lawnscaping blog was the perfect time to break out my brand new stamp set. I used all the cups from Love You Alatte and coloured them up with my copics and other alcohal markers, then stamped the swirl sentiment on the solid cup on the inside.
Used two of my favourite LawnFawn papers from the Hello Sunshine 6x6 pad to complete the outside, and I cut little curves out of the corners of the grey polka dot paper to mimic a ticket punch.
I am very happy with how this card turned out :)
I have never been into paper piecing...mainly because I hate fussy cutting all those fiddly images, but I have always liked the look, so when I saw the challenge I figured I'd give it a try. Used one of the girlfriends from the wine tasters set and pieced the outfit together from some simple BoBunny papers ... it was a lot of cutting, lol, but in the end i like how it turned out.

As I have said before, I do not have a lot of money to spend on craft supplies, so I usually buy ones that I can see a few different uses for. This Lawn Fawn Year 5 stamp set is no exception. Just drew in the addition of a little santa hat, complete with pompom and this little seal is christmas ready!
Made a super easy scene with Lawn Fawn's Hello Sunshine 6x6 paper pad... added a little ink and a ton of glitter and this card was good to go for the newest challenge over at the LawnScaping Challenge blog.
I loved the cute Santa Peace image for Decembers Challenge and knew I had to play along. Combined the image with an American Crafts paper, and Amy R CC Designs Stamp and a bit of glitter for a fun quick and easy card.
So I wanted to finally play along with the Lawnscaping tag it challenge, but I dont have any LawnFawn christmas sets, so I used the Year Two set and changed the party hat to a santa hat, and paired it with some Hello Sunshine papers to create a quick little tag for the challenge... All it needs is a To & From on the back and a gift to sit on top of.
*sorry about the terrible picture.
