Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes!

Time for another Wednesday Challenge over at Simon Says Stamp this weeks theme is anything goes... nice and easy breezy.
Since I had a chance to play along tonight I decided to ink up this adorable elephant from Wild Rose Studio, colour it with my copics and pull together a quick and simple layout using the Suprise Collection from Doodle Bug.

CropStop Challenge

I have always loved the adorable Whoots stamps from Art Impressions, so when I was invited to play along over at the CropStop Blog, I knew immediately it was the image I wanted to use.
I coloured him up using my Copic markers, added some clear Wink of Stella and some Glossy Accents for good measure, then just added a LawnFawn Sentiment and some Hello Sunshine papers & the card was complete.

Simon Wednesday Challenge: Shake it up!

Finally got a chance to play along in the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge , this weeks theme was Shake it up.. and so I figured it was the perfect time for me to try my hand at making a shaker card. OMG, people on you tube make it look so easy, but I had so many issues trying to put this thing together, lol, but maybe its just me.
Used a really old but adorable bunny stamp from We R Memory Keepers, coloured it with my copics using a dot technique and paired it with some Dots and Stripes papers from Echo Park.
All and all I am happy with the card, though I doubt id be making another shaker any time soon.

PBSC-February challenge, use hearts or red

February challenge time over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge Blog , this months theme was to use hearts or reds on your project.
Came up with this quick little thinking of you card using one of Penny Blacks adorable hedgie images that I coloured up with copics and then just paired it with a Doodle Bug paper and the card was done!

Art Imressions challenge: Love Love Love!

Art Impressions has some amazing images, and while I dont have many at the moment due to my budget, I did manage to put together this Valentine's day card for the latest Art Impressions Challenge Blog using the Little Whoots image twice, mixed with that little heart string from an older/retired CCDesigns/Sweet November stamp that I had. After that all that was left to do was draw in a few branches, colour these cuties up with some copics, and add in some Echo Park paper to finish the card.

Gerda Steiner Designs February 2016 Challenge

Time for another challenge over at Gerda Steiner Designs. This month was this adorable bunny with a skipping rope, however for my card I trimmed off the rope so that i could make the little critter into a Valentines day card, complete with an adorable sentiment. Then just paired it with a random paper from my stash to complete this simple layout.

Hogs & Kisses

This quick little four-bar sized valentines card makes me smile. I found those enamel letters that super old and very retired stamping up set when cleaning this morning, and this idea popped into my head. Nothing in the least bit fancy, just a super fast, cute and simple card.

House Mouse and Friends Monday Challege # HMFMC212

Found a new challange to play along with today over at the House Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge blog ... which gave me the perfect excuse to finally ink up the Gifts Galore stamp by Stampendous that I received for Christmas.
Coloured it up with my Copics & other alcohal markers to make all those gifts different shades of pinks and reds, just perfect for Valentines day. The image is fairly large so I just added some matching paper from my scraps (no idea what brand ...sorry) directly to the card base and used some foam tape to pop up the main image, and the card was done!

Lawnscaping Challenge, Sending Love

http://lawnscaping.blogspot.ca/

Another challenge over at the Lawnscaping blog was the perfect time to break out my brand new stamp set. I used all the cups from Love You Alatte and coloured them up with my copics and other alcohal markers, then stamped the swirl sentiment on the solid cup on the inside.
Used two of my favourite LawnFawn papers from the Hello Sunshine 6x6 pad to complete the outside, and I cut little curves out of the corners of the grey polka dot paper to mimic a ticket punch.
I am very happy with how this card turned out :)
